Bismarck Republican to Seek District 35 Seat

Bismarck, ND - Sean Cleary, a Bismarck Republican, announced his candidacy today for the North Dakota State Senate, representing District 35.
“We are fortunate to have such a strong and vibrant community in Bismarck,” Cleary said. “I’m running to make sure we can build on that success for years to come.”
Cleary plans to focus on ensuring the state government is efficient and accountable, strengthening our economy, and supporting quality education and good jobs. He is pro-life and supports the second amendment.
Cleary is a former staff member for US Senator John Hoeven and Governor Doug Burgum. He currently works as a project manager for National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), which serves the technology needs of electric cooperatives and broadband companies in rural America.
Cleary is an alumnus of the University of Mary and earned a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of North Dakota.
Cleary was born and raised in Bismarck, where he now lives with his wife Amy.
